Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and direct bookings.
  • Create and manage a robust content calendar highlighting destinations, offers, and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a consistent, premium, and aspirational brand voice and visual identity.
  • Produce high-quality visual and written content showcasing luxury travel experiences and exotic destinations.
  • Craft compelling captions and travel stories that inspire wanderlust and highlight the company’s service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and video production teams for creative content development.
  • Curate and reshare user-generated content (UGC) to build authenticity and trust.
  • Engage daily with followers through comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
  • Manage community interactions and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.

  • Track and report social media metrics including engagement rate, follower growth, referral traffic, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor website referral traffic from social channels and improve click-through rates (CTR).
  • Measure and report ROI on all social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain strong alignment with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and campaign integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and travel industry insights.
