Job Description   •         To do effective sales and to handle customers in the good manner.•         Meeting the daily and monthly targets and assist the manager on tracking the sales, promotional activities and customer objections.•         To be good in customer handling and effective conversions in sales.•         Report to manager and help the store to maintain proper records of sales and others. Ensure corrects customer details. Track customers catchments and media accurately and not it down in the order slip. Walkouts should be recorded regularly.•         To arrange the watch display as per the norms, Ensure that watches are clean and in saleable condition, daily counting of stock, do tagging and other required things. To meet the commercial requirements. Helping manager in display arrangement and also help in innovation in display.•         Meeting grooming standards of store at all the time. Any deviation in that will be seen as a violation. Maintain the store ambience and be in the discipline at the store. Must be in a discipline in attendance and timing.•         Maintain quality of the visual merchandise and the help manager in tracking the changes required in VM & display.•         CRO at all times helps manager to implement BTLs and share new ideasfor BTLs.
