Urgently looking for Welder

We have a position matching your profile. Requirement is as follows.

Welder Requirement

· Checking of Beam, Columns, Rafter and Structure Parts with Assembly by using as per drg.

· Stage wise inspection (STRUCTURE FABRICATION & ERECTION) as per QAP i.e. Material identification, Dimensions, Fit up & Weld visual, NDT clearance, Alignments of column , Torquing for bolts,decksheeting & roof sheeting from the structural work.

· Check as per AWS & IS Standard.

· Working with welding processes like SMAW, and GMAW & Stud Welding.

· Ensuring WPS have been approved and are available to welder and welding inspectors.

· Check the validity of welders and their identification that qualified for each WPS to be used.

· Inspection of structures referring the engineering documents like GA drawings, detail drawing with support of standards as per Quality plan and procedures.

· Ensure weld faces are free from defects, contamination and damage.

· Collate all document and reports. Pass the document package on to a higher authority for final

· Inspection, approval and storage.

Skills and Qualifications:

MS-EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, INTERNET

Experience: 0-1 Years

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Education:

Any diploma or ITI Pass candidate

Salary: 7,000/- to 12,000/- per month
