Senior Team Leader Inside Sales – WNTSTLIS08072025

Job Overview
As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into loyal customers. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their health needs, and promoting our range of digital health services, including online doctor consultations, nutrition plans, and wellness subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives handling both patient and doctor products.
- Monitor and track team performance, conversion rates, and sales funnel metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve results.
- Collaborate with training teams to implement effective sales pitches and boost conversion rates.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and company compliance policies.
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to activate and convert campaign leads.
- Research and identify potential customers through phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs and aligning them with suitable health solutions.
- Prioritize high-value leads and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to individual customer health goals.
- Conduct virtual product demos and explain features, pricing, and value proposition.
- Address objections and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and provide post-sale support.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
- Stay updated with product features, healthtech trends, and competitor offerings.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with product and marketing teams.
- Analyze sales data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and suggest enhancements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

- Hardcore sales experience in the health and wellness domain.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of inside sales executives.
