
The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business growth for a trusted Plastic Piping Solutions manufacturer in India, based in Gujarat and recognized with the National Quality Award by the Government of India. The role focuses on brand building, market expansion, sales support, and execution of effective marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels, while consistently communicating the Company’s strength in high quality uPVC and HDPE pipes and accessories.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position the Company as a trusted, award-winning manufacturer of uPVC and HDPE pipes and accessories across India.
- Strengthen brand positioning by leveraging the National Quality Award recognition, quality certifications, reliability, durability, and “Made in Gujarat” manufacturing excellence.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, dealer meets, exhibitions, and industry platforms for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to track industry trends, customer needs, pricing dynamics, regional demand, and emerging opportunities in plumbing, agriculture, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Lead product promotion initiatives by developing brochures, catalogs, technical specifications, presentations, videos, case studies, and installation guides highlighting product performance and applications.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation, product training, dealer engagement, project targeting, and tender-based opportunities.
- Build, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks through channel marketing programs, incentive schemes, co-branded promotions, and technical workshops such as plumber and contractor meets.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including website management, SEO, social media, email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and online lead generation to enhance brand visibility and inquiry flow.
- Manage participation in national and regional trade fairs, construction expos, and industry events, including product launches and technical seminars.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, consultants, and relevant government and institutional stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Coordinate with production, quality, R&D, and operations teams to ensure marketing communication accurately reflects product strengths, certifications, and innovations.
- Develop annual marketing calendars aligned with business goals such as Gujarat market leadership and pan-India expansion.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance using KPIs such as leads generated, campaign effectiveness, brand awareness, and market penetration.
- Lead and guide the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Champion sustainability, reliability, and long-term value messaging to reinforce the Company’s commitment to high-quality plastic piping solutions.
- Strategic marketing planning and execution aligned with business growth, brand leadership, and market expansion objectives.
- Strong brand management and positioning skills, leveraging National Quality Award recognition and “Made in Gujarat” manufacturing excellence.
- In-depth technical knowledge of uPVC and HDPE pipes, fittings, accessories, applications, quality standards, and certifications.
- B2B and B2C marketing expertise within manufacturing, construction, building materials, plumbing, infrastructure, and agriculture sectors.
- Market research, competitor analysis, pricing intelligence, and demand forecasting capabilities across regional and pan-India markets.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance, ROI, lead metrics, and market penetration.
- Digital marketing proficiency including SEO, SEM, social media, website management, email marketing, and online lead generation.
- Product marketing and technical communication skills to translate complex specifications into clear customer benefits and value propositions.
- Channel marketing expertise with strong experience in dealer, distributor, and partner network development and management.
- Project and institutional sales support skills for government tenders, infrastructure projects, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Sales support and lead generation coordination skills to strengthen the sales funnel and conversion effectiveness.
