International Sales Manager - WNBISM22042022

  • Communicate with key International stakeholders and distributors to explore business opportunities in order to increase profitability and to determine sales targets.
  • Build and maintain international relationships with New Distributors and Dealers.
  • Analyze international client’s feedback to keep products up to date.
  • Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.
  • Develop individual business plans for each country.
  • Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.
  • Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans to provide appropriate growth to business.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients to enhance existing relationships.
  • Monitor and regularly report on key performance indicators and management processes within areas of responsibility and take appropriate action to achieve improved service delivery and business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations in terms of sales and market strategies for senior management.
  • Manage all development processes and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.
  • Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.
  • Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.
  • Train and provide guidance to staff members and business development issues.
  • Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets and participate in every fortnightly conference.
  • Analyze business and review future prospective for same.
  • Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationships with all.
  • Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.
  • Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.
  • Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.
  • Maintain all communication with the Director.
  • Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
  • Build international services from existing projects to new projects ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Skills
  • 100% English with the knowledge of International Business Development and sales.
  • Enthusiastic and A clear communicator.
  • A deep understanding of the International Market, with the ability to anticipate the needs of our products to provide an enriching experience.
  • An excellent track record of successfully generating and maintaining New and Old Clients through the development of new business relationships.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver to targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to use knowledge of the market and competitors to develop new offers based on our unique selling points.
  • Ability to research prospective leads to identify potential for commercial engagement.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions to issues when they arise.
  • Excellent and influential communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and to build strong working relationships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and committed, with the ability to work effectively in a group and use own initiative when undertaking work individually.
  • Flexible with the ability to solve problems, to put in the time necessary to do the job, to take decisions and to accept responsibility.
