- Counselling around 80-100 customers over the phone every day explaining about Company.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, online, offline campaigns and inbound calls.
- Calling on leads generated through various online and offline campaigns.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after- sales service.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Responsible closing deals and processing payments.
- Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
- Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Identify the need of the potential lead and pitch products / offerings from Company as per the patients need it.
- Effectively communicate with patients to gain commitment to purchase.
- Experienced in objections handling and probing.
- Strong forte on follow-up calls ensuring conversions.
- Making calls (minimum 50- 100) to patients to explain about Company.
- Engage patients and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the Patient needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answering patient’s queries on the products.
- Meeting sales targets consistently month on month.

- Patience & ability to engage elders in conversation.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM)
- software.

- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting elders.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools. (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)
