Real Estate Infrastructure Sales Manager – WNBREISM13062025

Job Overview

As an Infrastructure Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the infrastructure and real estate segment. You will identify potential clients, promote the company’s end-to-end design and construction capabilities, and build lasting relationships with developers, institutions, industrial clients, and government bodies. Your role will be pivotal in securing projects and expanding our presence across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure and real estate sectors across India (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, government).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through networking, industry events, strategic partnerships, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, government agencies, PSUs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor integrated design and construction solutions to meet infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, architecture, engineering, project management, construction) to develop customized proposals and bids.
  • Present and promote the company’s full suite of services including architecture, structural engineering, electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed business proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and contract documents.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable, commercially viable contracts.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to final contract closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Participate in real estate expos, infrastructure exhibitions, and relevant networking events to enhance visibility and lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with market dynamics, regulatory updates (e.g., RERA), and technological advancements in the infrastructure and construction industry.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track client interactions, and generate sales analytics and reports.
  • Monitor sales metrics, generate regular performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Support marketing activities and contribute to brand visibility through client engagement and feedback.


Key Skills

  • Strategic sales planning and execution to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proven B2B sales and business development acumen in infrastructure and real estate sectors.
  • Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
  • Consultative selling approach with ability to understand complex client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and deal closure capabilities for high-value projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian infrastructure sector (roads, buildings, bridges, etc.).
  • Technical understanding of architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, MEP, fire protection, electrical systems, and project execution.
  • Experience with proposal writing, tendering, cost estimation, and presentation development.
  • Value engineering mindset to showcase cost-efficiency and quality benefits of integrated services.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, project lifecycle, and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of Indian market dynamics and regulatory environment (including RERA).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Persuasive presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with CXOs, developers, government agencies, and consultants.
  • Professional networking through industry events, expos, and partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (design, engineering, project management, legal, marketing).
  • CRM software and sales tools proficiency for lead tracking and sales reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and market research capability.
  • Time management and multitasking to handle multiple projects and client portfolios.
  • Client servicing and post-sales relationship management. 
  • Results-oriented and self-driven with a proactive approach to business growth.
  • Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and client requirements.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management (if in a team lead role).


Salary
₹20000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)

Any Graduate candidate with a strong understanding of Sales Management, Team Leadership, and the Construction & Infrastructure sector is eligible to apply for this position.

Experience
Minimum 0 to 4 Years of experience as a Real Estate Infrastructure Sales Manager/ Construction Sales Manager / Real Estate Sales Manager / or in a Relevant Sales Role within the Construction and Infrastructure domain can apply for this position.
