They are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering lifecycle — from identifying relevant tenders to preparing, submitting, and tracking bids. This role demands strong coordination with multiple departments, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Identify and research new tender opportunities, including government and private sector contracts.
- Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents, including proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, and design teams, to ensure that tender submissions meet customer requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the tender process, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and implement tender strategies to increase win rates and improve business growth.
- Search, track, and evaluate new tender opportunities from various sources such as government portals, tender websites, newspapers, and other platforms.
- Analyze tender documents, including instructions, technical and commercial requirements, terms & conditions, and pre-qualification criteria.
- Prepare and compile documentation for technical and financial bids in coordination with the Sales, Technical, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders, both online and offline, adhering to all specifications and compliance requirements.
- Manage digital signatures, EMDs, online payments, and registration on tender portals like GEM, CPP, etc.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal departments for clarifications and additional documents.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, submitted bids, deadlines, outcomes, and correspondence.
- Assist in post-tender follow-ups, price negotiations, and contract finalization processes.
- Stay updated with changes in tender procedures, submission formats, and documentation practices.
- Sound knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement rules. (Government and Private sector)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and tender submission software/platforms.
- Familiarity with online tender portals like GEM, CPP, e-Procurement, etc.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of legal and commercial terms used in tenders.
- Strong knowledge of the furniture manufacturing industry and market trends.
