Job Overview
The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging and consistent designs that communicate the company’s vision of electric mobility and sustainable industrial solutions. The role focuses on translating electric mobility products and technologies into clear visual content for branding, marketing, and product communication across digital and offline platforms, supporting brand presence, sales initiatives, and the company’s commitment to innovation, clean energy, and a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging and consistent designs that reflect the company’s vision of electric mobility and sustainable industrial solutions.
- Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity, including logos, color palettes, typography, imagery styles, and brand guidelines.
- Design branding, marketing, and product communication materials for both digital and offline platforms.
- Translate complex electric mobility products, technologies, and technical data into clear, simple, and impactful visual content.
- Design brochures, catalogs, presentations, advertisements, social media creatives, infographics, and sales collateral to support business growth.
- Produce high-quality design assets for websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, exhibitions, trade shows, print media, and outdoor branding.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, dealer activations, and promotional events through effective visual communication.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements, ensure technical accuracy, and meet timelines.
- Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and design standards across all communication channels and platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, incorporating feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Support sales teams by designing pitch decks, product visuals, and presentation materials that improve customer engagement.
- Highlight the company’s commitment to innovation, clean energy, and a sustainable future through strong visual storytelling.
- Apply sustainability-focused design practices where possible, avoiding misleading visuals and maintaining authenticity.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and visual practices relevant to electric mobility, manufacturing, and sustainable technology sectors.
Key Skills
- Strong command of graphic design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to translate complex technical, industrial, and electric mobility concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual content.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Experience designing for both digital platforms and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, catalogs, exhibitions, and signage.
- Knowledge of print production processes, including CMYK workflows, bleed, resolution, pre-press requirements, and sustainable printing considerations.
- Strong visual communication and information design skills, including infographics, diagrams, icons, illustrations, and presentation design.
- Ability to create high-quality marketing, sales, and promotional materials that support brand visibility and business growth.
- Awareness of sustainability, clean-energy messaging, and the ability to design responsibly without misleading or exaggerated claims.
- Good understanding of industrial products, electric mobility solutions, manufacturing processes, or engineering concepts is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and pixel-perfect execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, product, engineering teams, and external agencies.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
- Awareness of current design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to technology, industrial, electric mobility, and sustainability sectors.
- Passion for innovation, electric mobility, and clean technology with an interest in future-focused design.
- Nice-to-have skills include basic motion graphics, video editing, 3D visualization, UI UX understanding, or experience working with CAD or 3D renders.
