Research and Development Manager (Rubber Industry)

·         Should be well versed in quality testing for Polymers, Natural Latex, Synthetic lattices and 
      latex compounding ingredients like ZnO, Sulphur, accelerators etc.
·         The preferred candidate should be capable of handling recipe, troubleshooting & capable of
      creating new industrial recipes as per customer requirements.
·         Knowledge of Standard compounding procedures for latex, preparing work instructions and
      implementing & Monitoring of ISO quality system.
·         Experience with an ERP system is appreciated.
·         Hands on and keeping your lab organized and clean by yourself.

Key Skills

• A professional with constructive mind, having expertise in planning, designing & execution of a project with innovative ideas.
• The candidate must have experience of working with any reputed Rubber Industry related Company.
• Stability in a work experience is must.
