IT Hardware Sales Executive - WNAIHSE008122023

  • Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company.
  • Investigates new items and makes recommendations for purchasing products.
  • Checks inventory to ensure orders are in stock.
  • Takes orders over the phone and in person.
  • Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.
  • Solicits information about computer needs from customers.
  • Negotiate price for the sale.
  • Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations.
  • Travel to areas where needs are projected.
  • Stay abreast of market trends.
  • Assist with the company helpline.
  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.
  • Respond to pre-qualification questionnaires or information to tender documents.
  • Negotiate a commercial agreement.
  • Help customers maximise the use of software features.
  • Advise on appropriate user training.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
  • Candidate should have experience in IT Hardware Sales
  • Daily reporting to Product Head / Marketing Head
  • Communication with customers, generating inquiry and follow up.
  • Advance Tour plan (min. 10 to 15 days in a month)
  • Preparing quotations and sending them to customers.
  • Enter prospects in master.
  • Responsible for sampling and demoing to customers.
  • Responsible for collection of payments from customers.
  • Checking emails and correspondence with customers.
  • Correspondence with branches and preparing daily marketing reports.
  • Price negotiation and finalization with the Product Head.
  • Generate / Renewal of AMC.
  • Participate in exhibitions.


Key Skills

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Should be able to read, write and speak Local Language.
  • While communicating with HO at least he should be well versed with HINDI.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.


Salary
₹20000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidates
