Product Trainer – WNTPT16122023
- Provide advice and support on product training matters to all divisions.
- Assist with the preparation and conduct of field equipment trials in order to develop optimal capability and performance.
- Assist with the development of products which scope, identify and meet customer requirements.
- Develops product guides and materials for training programs.
- Requires understanding of courseware authoring tools and multimedia development tools.
- Continuously revises courseware plans to meet emerging training requirements to keep technical information current.
- Provide product training workshops specific to state/provincial localization requirements.
- Attend trainer meetings.
- Development, revision and optimization of training material, technical instructions web-based training material.
- Partner with Sales Management to uncover and assess training needs of customers and sales professionals for all assigned products and solutions.
- Track, measure and evaluate training programs to demonstrate value and educate others on plans and results.
- Participation in the development of training courses with regard to product strategy of the company.
- The implementation of measures aimed at improving the recognition and loyalty of shopping, purchasing and management staff of partner companies brands and products of the company. (exhibitions, symposiums, workshops, cooking shows, outdoor events)
- Design, prepare, produce and deliver training packages at an appropriate level in line with contracted customer requirements.
- Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers.
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
- Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
- Keep up with developments in your area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
- Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
- Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses.
- Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions.
- Supervise and evaluate the training program.
- Develop or implement training programs related to efficiency, recycling, or other issues with environmental impacts.
- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Key Skills
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills, public speaking experience is required.
- Must be able to travel, approximately 40% within India.
- Possess high energy and drive to achieve results.
- Have great organization skills to manage complexity.
- High interest in the HealthTech, Pharma and Hospital industry.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate video editing applications is advantageous.
- Specialist experience in field deployment and operation.
- A good knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures associated.
- Development of training material and standard operating procedures.
- Sound working knowledge of new technologies and principles and associated technologies.
- The flexibility to work in a dynamic company with a wide product range, and approach their work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Be able to manage their own schedule and workload.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software. (ERP etc.)
- Accurate, superior written / oral communication and documentation skills.
- Being self-motivated.

Salary
₹100000/- to ₹150000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
