Job Overview

As a Modular Kitchen Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting the company’s high-end kitchen solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, a passion for interior design, and the ability to connect with discerning clients. Your main goal will be to expand the client base and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-net-worth clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the luxury home and kitchen market.
  • Present and promote bespoke kitchen solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-end clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Conduct consultations to understand customer preferences and provide tailored kitchen solutions.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and follow through on commitments.
  • Source and follow up on potential leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Effectively convert leads into sales by offering personalized service and expert product knowledge.
  • Stay informed on the latest modular kitchen trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Guide clients through product features and design options to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide professional design advice to match clients’ needs with product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities in the luxury segment.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, suggesting improvements as needed.


Key Skills

  • Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in the modular kitchen or interior design sector.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with high-end clients and industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and high-performance environment.
  • Import and Export Customs Checklist Preparation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary
₹40000/- to ₹120000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
