Sales Coordninator – WNPSC07042025

Job Overview
They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing client relationships, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth post-sales service. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales executives to handle client inquiries and product requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate sales activities, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and product inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales team, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist with sales reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with the design and production teams to track order status and customization requests.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales service.
- Support the team with showroom arrangements, client visits, and presentations.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and dispatch departments.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team for billing issues.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support in the furniture, interior design, or home décor industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software. (ERP/CRM)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with furniture materials, design trends, and production lead times is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of furniture products, sales processes, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Salary
₹20000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
