Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of the telehealth revolution, helping individuals understand and access cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions. You'll work with certified doctors, health coaches, and technology experts to build trust with potential clients and convert inquiries into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call leads from data and pitch Care Programs and other health-related services.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, digital platforms, referrals, and web traffic.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media to understand their healthcare needs.
  • Work closely with marketing and growth teams to activate and convert campaign leads.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, pain points, and interest in telehealth services.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to individual customer health and wellness goals.
  • Present and explain features, pricing, and benefits of online consultations, wellness plans, and digital health monitoring services.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the platform’s features and user experience.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Address objections and provide accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, customer success, and growth teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) with accurate data on leads and interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain a quality score as evaluated by the reporting manager and training team.
  • Learn and implement effective sales strategies to improve individual and team performance.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant wellness services and programs to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Create, manage, and track customer requests using internal tools and systems.
  • Be responsible for customer retention and prevent churn across the customer base.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound communication channels (phone, email, and social media) for quality assurance.
  • Measure and track Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Survey feedback and work on improvement initiatives.
  • Provide insights into client-to-business interactions to improve customer experience.
  • Interview customers who stop reordering to identify dropout reasons and reduce churn.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, contributing to repeat conversions.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in the sales and customer interaction process.
  • Engage actively in key customer engagement activities over social media.
  • Analyze and report on sales and customer performance metrics regularly.
  • Work on problem-solving strategies to iterate objectives and make solutions more customer-centric.
  • Be on the front line of the business, consistently interacting with customers and gathering feedback.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable, sharing knowledge and best practices.
