We have a position matching your profile. Requirement is as follows.

Forex Sales Support Requirement:

Maintain efficient sales office procedures and ensures the accuracy of all assigned projects within the timeline(s) specified.
Complete weekly telemarketing calls to silicate new and untapped business leads within the Sales Coordinator’s specified market segments.
Be fully acquainted with all lead queues and support with the Director of Sales in follow-up of all leads within the specified time guidelines.
Handle all in-house sales calls throughout the business day.
Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of business accounts and groups blocks. Handle group rooms by appropriately managing group blocks, (i.e., tracing, booking, cut-off dates, contracting, and communicating with hotel departments, billing, and following up with group for feedback and future bookings).
Directs sales leads to the Director of Sales within the DOS’s established market segments, provides motivation, support, encouragement, and direction to the DOS and staff members where applicable.
Maintains records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated and mailing lists.
Assists Director of Sales with the implementation, follow-through and updating of the quarterly action plans.
Work with the Front Office Supervisor and appropriate departments in communicating special guest requests and distribution of all group resumes.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports as outlined by the Director of Sales.
Must be service oriented to potential guests and fellow hotel staff members.
