We are looking for IT Project Coordinator

IT Project Coordinator Requirement:

  • Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
  • Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
  • Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners, technical teams and executives to size and prioritize development requests.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams for resource planning to schedule development requests into programs of work (releases) based on resource availability to achieve delivery.
  • Track program progress, monitor new requests, modify release plans and provide status updates to business partners and technical teams. Escalate issues to technical management and/or business partners as appropriate.
  • Facilitate the Demand Management process by working with business sponsors and technical teams to gather information for prioritization, discuss priorities and planning options.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their scope and objectives for new requests, assist with building business cases when required and communicate to technical teams.
  • Assist with Demand Management administration, reporting and presentations.
  • Apply experiences with Program or Demand Management to develop improve processes for future use. Actively influence Demand Management process improvement initiatives.
  • Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.


Language – English/Hindi/Gujarati

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with planning, managing and tracking multiple complex and major impact projects.
  • Extensive experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with senior management.
  • Strong process development skills, with the ability to learn and understand technical concepts in order to interpret, document and formalize procedures.
  • In-depth experience with the development lifecycle and software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with working with business users to gather information and manage expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MSWord, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, MSProject and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under very broad direction with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Excellent time management and project planning/strategizing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Loan servicing or mortgage lending experience a plus.  

Experience: 1-3 Years
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Education:
BCA, MCA or any IT diploma course with Programing Skills.

Salary:
15,000/- to 40,000/- per month
