Medical Reviewer – WNTMR17122022
- Responsible for high client satisfaction for all content milestone deliverables with regard to quality and accuracy, timeliness, and efforts.
- Use scientific expertise to develop high-quality medical/scientific content outlines and guide the team in content development for assigned modules in line with client expectations.
- Participate in client kick-off calls from a content perspective.
- Demonstrate good technical competence on how to search the Internet and books for referencing, copyrights and plagiarism.
- Responsible for building mastery and staying updated with medical developments in different therapeutic areas for multiple deliverables.
- Write scientific content for projects if the nature of the project is extremely complex and it requires expertise, or based on business need.
- Responsible for end-to-end coordination on the content aspect of projects with Project Managers, Editorial, Creative teams and testing team.
- Participate in scientific content defence or medical reviews conducted by the clients.
- Capture scope deviations and take necessary actions.
- Understand the scope of work; plan and assign work to the team members based on their availability and skill sets.
- Convey client requirements and review the work done by the team members in terms of the information flow and presentation, provide feedback and conduct their performance appraisal.
- Ensure that the entire team follows best practices with regard to processes, communication (internal & external), documentation and technical requirements like content search, summarising, data conflicts and referencing.
- Use existing case studies and capability for proposals, RFPs and prototypes, and develop training and train the team.
- Work with the pre-sales team to define the proposed solution based on the client requirements.
- Draft the elements to be included in the SOW from the content perspective of the project.
- Responsible for driving and maintaining quality standards for various client deliverables across the team.
- Responsible for educating the team (both existing and new members) on maintaining confidentiality, copyright rules for various deliverables as per clients and company norms.
- Responsible for ensuring the team follows all the security rules with regard to various standards like client SOPs, ISMS, ISO, and CMMI.
- Responsible for developing training programmes relevant to the job for other team members.
- Responsible for building mastery in assigned deliverables through self-learning and formal training and stay abreast with current trends in the respective areas.
- Develop skills for program management and operations.
- Contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives or company - driven initiatives and help team members participate based on their competencies.
- Need to understand the scope and align during the execution of the road map for the deliverables assigned.
- Need to obtain feedback and guidance on the work delivered on day-to-day operational issues.
- Need to understand the scope, plan and align during execution of the road map for the assigned deliverables.
- Need to provide direction and review the content written by the team members.
- Need to collaborate for people management/development and people processes.
- Need to collaborate and contribute towards business processes and quality.
- Need to actively participate in project kick offs and provide regular updates from a content perspective.
- Need to obtain clarity on requirements pertaining to content.
- Need to provide direction based on the needs of the project.
- Need to review the deliverables for consistency and share feedback with supervisors, PMs and CSMs.

- Previous training and experience in disseminating results in clinical, health economics, health outcomes, health literacy, disease management, and/or population health.
- Relevant experience in clinical development, clinical trial process, health- outcomes research, or regulatory activities.
- Clinical pharmacology, therapeutic area, health outcomes, or other medical and scientific specific knowledge and experience specific to hiring area (e.g., neuroscience, oncology, cardiovascular, immunology or endocrine expertise).
- Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
- Demonstrated high-level end-user computer skills (e.g., word processing, tables and graphics, spreadsheets, presentation and templates).
- Extensive experience in writing, reviewing, and publishing scientific materials and the ability to appraise scientific literature and raw data critically.
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all audiences and forums through exemplary oral and written communication skills.
