Medical QA – WNTMQA26072023
- Conduct quality audits of the calls, chats, and emails of health coaches providing diet and exercise services to clients online.
- Conduct quality audits of calls, chat, and emails of the inside sales team.
- Prepare an Evaluation sheet to audit the quality of service provided by health coaches through a review of recorded calls and transcripts of chats.
- Prepare an Evaluation sheet to audit the recorded calls of the Inside sales team.
- Identify areas for improvement in the performance of health coaches and the Inside sales team based on quality audit results.
- Provide feedback/coaching to health coaches & inside sales team on their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop training programs for health coaches & Sales team to address areas for improvement identified through quality audits.
- Collaborate with the Head Coaches and Sales Manager to create up-training materials and deliver training sessions to health coaches.
- Maintain documentation of quality audit results, including feedback provided to health coaches & inside sales and training programs developed.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly data.
- Collaborate with Head Coaches and Sales Manager/Customer support Manager to ensure that the team meets performance standards and provides clients high-quality services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance in the healthcare industry.
- Provide regular reports on quality audit results and participate in meetings to discuss quality assurance strategies and initiatives.
Key Skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Healthcare Operations.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Salary
₹40000/- to ₹90000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
