Client Servicing Manager – WNRCSM04102024
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, brand strategy, and objectives.
- Project Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client and the agency’s creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop advertising strategies, concepts, and campaigns tailored to client needs. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Briefing & Presentation: Create detailed client briefs for internal teams, ensuring a clear understanding of client expectations. Present ideas, proposals, and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and track budgets for each project, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within financial constraints.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
- Problem-Solving: Address any client concerns or challenges quickly and effectively, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth by proposing new services, campaigns, or advertising strategies that align with the client’s goals.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, client markets, and competitive advertising campaigns to offer informed recommendations to clients.
