Job Overview
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s operations, driving data-driven decisions, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role involves analyzing business processes, interpreting data, and developing actionable strategies to enhance the organization's efficiency and profitability.Business Analyst – WNSBA30112024
- Gather and analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Work closely with management to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing insights on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze cost structures and suggest strategies for cost optimization.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to streamline operations.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business objectives are met.

- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.

- Candidate preferably from manufacturing or recycling industries.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial modeling, and market analysis.
