Job Overview

The company seeks a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to become an integral part of their team at a leading online medical consultation firm. This pivotal role is essential for driving revenue growth, fostering robust client relationships, and championing the accessibility of high-quality healthcare through their innovative platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media).
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with our services.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain service offerings.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
  • Provide virtual product demonstrations and explain features in detail.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in online medical consultation.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM software.
  • Prioritize high-value leads and allocate time effectively to meet targets.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
  • Address objections and concerns professionally and convincingly.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with the marketing and product teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements to our offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, including guiding them through the platform.
  • Provide post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
