Job Overview

As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and coordinating projects for our innovative concrete solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Alccofine and Chryso Admixtures to the construction industry, ensuring the successful execution of high-performance projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure timely project completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of cutting-edge concrete products in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for Alccofine and Chryso Admixtures.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, project managers, and construction companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Provide clients with technical information and guidance on the application of products for various concrete projects.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential business opportunities to close sales effectively.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of Alccofine and Chryso products, including their application in high-grade and durable concrete structures.
  • Assist clients in selecting the right products to meet project requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to offer solutions for complex project needs.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring that products are delivered on schedule and projects run smoothly.
  • Liaise between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any project-related issues.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Educate the construction industry on the benefits of using innovative concrete products.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote the products and brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project updates, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Address client inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving any post-project issues and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance on product usage for diverse applications, including bridges, tunnels, and high-rise buildings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries related to product performance and compatibility.
  • Create awareness about innovative concrete solutions and techniques among industry professionals.
  • Develop promotional material and conduct presentations to demonstrate product advantages.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
  • Monitor project timelines and address any issues that arise during implementation.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor offerings to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure post-sale support and continued business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging markets for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Attend meetings and participate in team activities to share insights and best practices.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products/services and communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Promote the company’s offerings and ensure clients understand their value.

Salary
₹30000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
