- Identify and target potential customers in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, water treatment, and manufacturing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of valve products, including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and other specialty valves.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Offer technical guidance on valve selection, installation, and maintenance based on customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed and competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Present the company’s valve solutions, emphasizing technical features and benefits tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct technical discussions and provide demonstrations for customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on the selection, operation, and maintenance of valves.
- Address technical challenges by collaborating with internal engineering and production teams.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure contracts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and advancements in valve technology.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to penetrate them.
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of orders in collaboration with internal departments.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and resolve any post-sale issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and project statuses in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
- Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer inputs.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Promote the use of valves that meet certifications such as API, ASME, or ISO standards.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the valve or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of valve types, specifications, and industry applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and technical walkthroughs to clients.
