Job Overview

They are seeking a dynamic and result-driven EV Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the electric two-wheeler industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our electric vehicle (EV) products. This role requires a deep understanding of the EV ecosystem, dealer network expansion, fleet sales, and B2B partnerships to enhance brand positioning and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business expansion strategies for electric two-wheelers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and franchise partners.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to dealership teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to boost sales.
  • Build partnerships with fleet operators, delivery companies, and ride-sharing platforms.
  • Develop B2B sales strategies to sell electric two-wheelers to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for bulk sales orders.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate B2C and B2B leads.
  • Represent the company at EV expos, trade fairs, and business networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning in the EV market.
  • Stay updated on EV subsidies, government incentives, and regulatory policies.
  • Liaise with government bodies to explore business opportunities in public and private EV adoption programs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and business performance reports.
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market demand and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.


Key Skills

  • Understanding of the electric vehicle market, charging infrastructure, and dealer network expansion.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage business partnerships.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies.

Salary
